Lumina offers studios and one-bedroom homes across 12 floors, with a gym, game room, Zen garden, and outdoor decks. Terra is a 16-floor studio tower with its own gym, pocket garden, and multipurpose deck. The towers share the lap pool, clubhouse, meditation and yoga room, and children’s play area.
Cebu International School is approximately 1.3 km away, University of San Carlos Talamban Campus 3.6 km, and Robinsons Supermarket Talamban Time Square 1.6 km. These distances help you picture the area; travel time depends on your route and traffic.
